Step 1 – Get enough materials(groundnut/ peanut)

You need plenty of peanuts, such as 5-10 tons per day. If you can not get enough peanuts from your farm, you can purchase some from other farmers.

Step 2 – Prepare the peanuts and make it suitable for pressing

Because pressing need some special conditions, the peanuts need processing by some machines ahead. As the following picture shows:

Next, to broken the peanuts to small pieces. The function of this machine is to increase the area of oil seed and make the pressing easier.

Then, to soften the peanut which helps to adjust the water content of the material and improve the oil yield rate.

Finally, to make the peanut into flakiness. The thickness of cake is about 0.5mm.

After this, you can send the prepared peanuts into peanut oil press machine to squeeze peanut oil out.

Step 3 – Press the peanuts to get peanut oil
