Small palm oil press machine includes single screw palm oil press machine and double screw palm oil press machine. Both are used to extract crude palm oil from palm fruit. We are using a special process that improves the oil extraction rate, reduces the residual oil rate and insures the integrity of the palm kernel.
Single screw palm oil press machine
The processing capacity of the single screw palm oil press machine is 300-500kg/h. Its working principle is that the squeeze screw in the front and the reducer in the back work at the same time to produce extrusion, so as to achieve the best extrusion effect. In order to improve the applicability of the small single screw palm oil press machine, we have two different power systems of diesel engine and electric motor, the diesel engine power is 8HP and the motor power 4kw, which can be selected to different power conditions.

The single screw palm oil press machine can be used alone, or equipped with a simple palm oil press production line according to your own needs. Double screw palm oil press machine
The double screw palm oil press machine uses a 7.5kw motor power system, and its processing capacity is 1-2t/h. The working principle of double screw palm oil press machine is not exactly the same as that of a single screw palm oil press machine. Its tail is equipped with a gearbox, combined with a hydraulic pump station to drive two squeezing screws to rotate relative to each other, and the blades are engaged to discharge oil. The closer to the outlet, the smaller the gap between the blades and the greater the pressure, making the residual oil rate lower and more efficient. It is beneficial to the smoothness of palm fruit pressing.

The double screw palm oil press machine is the same as the single screw palm oil press machine. which can be used alone or equipped with a palm oil press production line according to your needs. But the difference is that the double screw palm oil press machine can be equipped with small and medium-sized production lines of 1-5tph, and can be equipped with large palm oil production lines. Taking the production process of a small and medium palm oil production lines as an example, the small and medium palm production line includes sterilizers, threshers, digesters, presses, clarifiers, filters, etc. Its processing capacity can reach 10-120tph. The operation is simple, it is not easy to block the material, and the residual oil rate is lower.
