What to do to increase vegetable oil production in manufacturing process?

In vegetable oil manufacturing process, there are four factors that can influence the yield of vegetable oil: the quality of oil seeds, the choice of vegetable oil production process,  the configuration of vegetable oil machine and the operation of the workers. If you can control these four factors, it is possible to increase vegetable oil production in manufacturing process.

1. Make sure the quality of oil seeds to increase vegetable oil production

Some oil seeds are easily acidified, such as palm fruit, rice bran. So they need process quickly after receipting to avoid rancidity. And the  impurities content and water content of oil seeds are high, it will also influence the yield of vegetable oil. 2. Choose high oil yield rate vegetable oil production process

Vegetable oil production process has two kinds: pressing technology and solvent extraction technology. The residual oil rate of pressing technology is about 6%-7%, and the residual oil rate of solvent extraction technology is only 1%. But noteworthy, the solvent extraction technology is suitable large scale vegetable oil production plant, the input capacity is above 30 tons per day, and the machine cost of it is higher than pressing plant.

3. Choose high configuration of vegetable oil machine

As we know the higher the degree of automation, the lower the vegetable oil loss. In China, some large scale vegetable oil factory all choose full-continuous vegetable oil production line from oil seeds pretreatment to crude oil refinery.

4. Ensure the normal operation of the workers

Generally, when the vegetable oil production plant is completed, the engineer will train the workers learning the normal operation steps. If the operation time or operation temperature in some section is unqualified, it may affect the vegetable oil production in manufacturing process. Or in the batch type vegetable oil production plant, if the worker is slow to feed, the vegetable oil yield will also be lower.
